Who we are

What we collect
We collect two kinds of data.
Information you give us. When you submit the contact form we collect your name, email address, and any other details you choose to include in your message, such as company name, telephone number and enquiry details.
Information collected automatically. When you visit any page we record the page URL, your IP address, your browser's user agent string, and the time of the visit. We do this to understand how the site is used and to protect it against abuse. Your IP address is personal data, and we treat it as such.
Why we use it
- To respond to your enquiry. Contact form data is used to reply to you and to quote against your requirements. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated, and where applicable the steps necessary to enter into a contract.
- To operate and secure the site. Page view records, including IP address, are used to measure usage and to identify abuse such as automated submissions. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in running a secure and functioning website.
We do not sell your personal data, and we do not use it for automated decision-making or profiling.
How long we keep it
Contact enquiries are retained for as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, and thereafter as required for our legal and accounting obligations. Page view records including IP addresses are retained for operational and security analysis and are deleted when no longer needed for that purpose.
Who we share it with
We do not share your personal data with third parties for their own purposes. Data is processed on our hosting infrastructure and by our email provider in order to operate the site and deliver enquiry notifications. Where required, we may disclose data to comply with a legal obligation.
Cookies and similar technologies
This site sets a session cookie and a CSRF security token, which are strictly necessary for the site to function and for form submissions to be protected against forgery. These cannot be disabled without breaking the site.
If we introduce analytics or advertising technologies in future, we will ask for your consent before they are loaded, and this policy will be updated.
